USLH sets prices on products in accordance with PPACA’s Medical Loss Ratio requirement, as well as to ensure appropriate reserves are in place to cover future losses and fulfill contractual obligations to our insureds. ULSH’s primary focus has been, and continues to be, providing quality products and excellent service to our policyholders and leave it up to them to decide if the price is competitive against other carriers in the market.
